Here are the simple steps:
1) Create a business email account starting with [email protected]
2) log in to the business account via mailbux.com
3) A new menu item called “Admin” will appear
4) Access the admin section and edit your brand settings
5) Important: Add your domain to your reseller account in the Domains section. For this example, we used webmail.your-domain.com. If your domain is webmail.your-domain.com, add it to your reseller account; otherwise, you will not be able to save the new brand configuration(Replace webmail.your-domain.com with the actual chosen sub-domain ).
6) In your domain DNS manager(The domain provider), create a CNAME record pointing to mail.mailbux.com(Example, webmail.your-domain.com CNAME pointing to mail.mailbux.com) webmail.your-domain.com(Recommended) or A record to 94.72.112.61, then your webmail.your-domain.com will become mailbux.com
7) Click save, then wait for the status to change from Pending to Active. The status usually updates every 5 minutes.
That’s it, now navigate to the sub-domain you have chosen and you will see your brand!
