Refund Policy
At Mailwish(by CloudWish LLC), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Request for Refund: To initiate a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days from the date of your purchase. You can do so by contacting our customer support team at [email protected] or [email protected]. Please provide your order details, including the order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Eligibility: Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to most products and services offered by CloudWish LLC. However, certain exceptions may apply, such as customized or personalized items, digital downloads, or services that have been substantially utilized.
The following services/products are not eligible for refunds:
If your account was used for email marketing (Refers to the Outbound server or the Unlimited Business email service and related services, exclude the Email Marketing Service), abuse, warmups, or cold emailing, and abused our infrastructure you are not eligible for a refund.
If your account was used more than 2 email accounts you are not eligible for a refund.
If your account has more than 1 service or product you are not eligible for a refund, new accounts are eligible.
Domain register, transfer, or any kind of domain service is not eligible for a refund. -
Refund Process: Once we receive your refund request and verify your eligibility, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that you used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Product Return: In some cases, we may require you to return the product or provide evidence of its deactivation or discontinuation of use before processing the refund. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to do so.

Cancellation of Subscriptions: If you are canceling a subscription service, your access to the service will be terminated upon the completion of the refund process. You will not be billed further for the subscription.

Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Accounts may be terminated for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in spam activities
- Using bots or automated tools
- Harmful usage or activities
- Rude or abusive behavior towards other users or our staff
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that account termination is final and irreversible. for some case we give 7 days to migrate the data before the termination.
Fair Use Policy
Unlimited but Fair Use
Our services are designed to provide unlimited access under a fair use policy. This means you can create and manage unlimited accounts under one user. However, there is a soft limit of up to 65 accounts for new users. If you need more than this, please open a ticket and we will be happy to lift the limit. (not including reseller accounts). To clarify, the limit is soft-limit. We will increase your limit – we need to do this manually to avoid bots opening accounts automatically with the API or other similar abuse.
Lifetime plan or any one-time/subscription payment plans: Lifetime plans or any one-time/subscription payment plans are not permitted to resell email accounts under the Unlimited policy or to use them for multiple businesses that you do not own or for friends/colleagues. The Lifetime plan is intended for fair, personal use—without bots, abuse, automated software, or free email accounts service. If you’re interested in reselling, please consider purchasing our reseller plans instead.
*However, in certain cases, MailWish reserves the right not to increase the limit, especially when we observe or believe that the usage is not in line with MailWish’s policies.
Usage Limitations
- You may not send unsolicited bulk email or allow it to be sent.
- No sender may mail to any list of addresses that was acquired from someone else, unless each and every person on that list gave permission for that sender – and not the person from whom they got the list — to send them mail. This includes but is not limited to lists a sender purchased, leased, bartered for, were given, rented, stole, or found lying on the sidewalk. This includes lists gotten from appending services.
- Just to be clear: email appending is not allowed. Neither are bought lists.
- No sender may mail to an address after permission has been revoked, including (but not limited to):
- Unsubscribing.
- Reporting a message as spam (as reported to the sender via a feedback loop).
- Any bounce that clearly indicates that the address does not exist or is not functional (“no such address” for example).
- All mail must comply with the current CAN-SPAM regulations and whatever laws are applicable in the business location of the sender.
- No sender may include in any message material that is in violation of any other party’s rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademark use.
- No domain name used in our system as the reverse DNS name for an IP address can be registered in such a way as to hide or falsify the information in the WHOIS record. That means you may not use “whois privacy protection” or anything having similar effect for these domains.
- Every message must clearly and accurately identify the sender, in such a way that the recipient can easily recognize the sender and associate the message with the permission given. Don’t impersonate a person or organization that you’re not.
- If one or more of the IP addresses through which you’re sending email is blocked or blacklisted, make every effort to get unblocked or delisted as quickly as possible — including contacting the blocking party, but also possibly changing your mailing habits, improving list hygiene, and whatever else might be reasonably required. If you’ve purchased Deliverability Consulting from us, cooperate with the consultant on your account to the same extent.
- Don’t use the service to create free mailboxes or open free business email accounts using a Mailwish account. Doing so will lead to suspension and eventual termination. While we strive to provide services to any business, there are some types we do not accept. These include free business email accounts, services where any user can register and receive a business email account under the main domain, and similar activities. If you want to offer free business email accounts similar to Gmail, please avoid using our service.
- While we strive to offer flexibility and convenience, it is essential to adhere to this limit to ensure optimal performance and fair usage for all users. Excessive account creation beyond this limit may result in service interruptions or additional fees.
- Any kind of email warmup and related.
Unacceptable Content
Customers hosting their server with MailWish may not send email promoting, advertising, offering, or including the URLs of or links to certain types of services, products, or content, or businesses or websites that do so. These include:
- Illegal goods or services
- Sexually explicit content
- Material that violates another party’s rights, including copyrights and trademarks
- Sale or transfer of lists of email addresses
- Malware of any type (including viruses, bots, trojans, worms, and so on)
- Gambling
- Multi-level marketing (MLM)
- Payday loans, credit repair, “get out of debt” services
- Lead generation

Backups
While we automatically save backups for all customers in case of an outage or critical situation, these backups are retained for 7 days. Please ensure you also save backups yourself. You can take a backup or schedule backups at regular intervals from the backup section. We do not take responsibility for any data loss, missing backups, or backups that are outdated. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their data is properly backed up and up-to-date.
Compliance and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action if we detect any abuse or violation of this fair use policy. This may include limiting access, terminating accounts, or other measures to protect the integrity of our services.
License
Unless otherwise stated, CloudWish LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on MailWish. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from MailWish for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

- Sell, rent or sub-license material from MailWish
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from MailWish
